Bette Hagman’s Gluten-Free Flour Mix
Ingredients:
3 cups brown rice flour
1 cup potato starch
½ cup tapioca starch
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 4 1/2 cups.
